Vote To Keep Your Fair, Respectful, and Efficient Court

During my time as Chief Judge of Harper Woods' 32A District Court, the court has been highly rated in public satisfaction surveys mandated by the Michigan Supreme Court.  In 2015, 2016, and 2018, more than 95% of court users reported* they were treated with courtesy and respect by myself and court personnel.  The court also scored highly in the ease in which citizens were able to get their court business done, earning 90% or higher in both 2015 and 2018 surveys.  Most important, 98% of court users in 2018 (the most recent year for which data is available) reported their case was handled fairly.  Running a court that dispenses justice and treats people respectfully and fairly is at the cornerstone of my judicial philosophy. I take pride that the people who use court services, whether they be parties, attorneys, or others agree that I have done just that.
